What is Action Learning?
Action Learning is a process where a group of 5-8 people who come together regularly with a skilled facilitator to bring issues and problems to the group with the intention of taking action. The set has clear boundaries and confidentiality and uses non directive questioning to support each member to take appropriate action. It is a key feature of a learning organisation and is simple yet unique. It encourages a culture of questioning, unravelling and seeking new and innovative ways of doing things in an informed and focussed way.
