I am a professional business, life and executive coach and NLP certified practitioner with over 20 years' experience working with people as an HR professional, management development adviser, trainer and coach with staff, students and managers at all levels. Through working in different cultures and organisations and I am able to understand the demands of the workplace from different perspectives and be flexible and adaptable in my approach.
I started my career as an HR graduate recruit with BP and have gone on to work in the UK and overseas in the private, public, third and higher education sectors. I have a broad understanding of organisational issues and have experience of change and transition in my working and personal life. I love the possibilities that change can bring and recognise some of the hurdles and disruption that transition can bring. I am a well travelled person who really has put making a difference at the heart of all I do. I am passionate about working with women to empower them to reach their potential whatever changes and transition is going on in their lives.
My approach is about developing caring and respectful relationships with people in order to give them a service to meet their individual needs. My values of integrity, valuing diversity, learning, openness and challenge underpin the work that I do.
